He has executive experience in advancing exploration and mining projects including investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and running global businesses. Past roles include Executive in Residence at Investissement Quebec, CEO and Board Member of TSMC, Board member of SFPPN, PPP for Port at SFPPN, CEO and Board Member of Black Ginger 461 Pty Ltd, investment arm of Tata for mineral projects in Africa, Board member of exploration company Tata Steel Cote D’Ivoire. Rajesh has management and engineering degrees. He completed a scholarship program on Globalization and Leadership from London School of Economics. He was granted the ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Chief Financial OfficerOver 35 years of experience in administrative and accounting services. She has served as a director and senior officer for various public and private organizations. From 1991 to 2013 she served as director of Fancamp, while also serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2010.
Francois Auclair
Vice-President ExplorationMr. Auclair is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience, both in Canada and globally, and has a proven track record of developing and advancing exploration projects towards mining projects. He has held numerous senior and strategic positions, and most recently was the CEO and co-founder of Algold Resources, where he guided the selection of high potential projects and progress financing for the startup. Under Mr. Auclair’s leadership, Algold delineated over one million ounces of gold at the Tijirit Project in Mauritania, Africa. Prior to Algold, Mr. Auclair was the CEO of Nimini Gold, a Canadian private junior mining company, where he led the development of the Komahum gold deposit in Sierra Leone. As General Manager of Tasiast SA, Mr. Auclair was also a member of the Rio Narcea teams, which developed the Tasiast Gold Mine in Mauritania. Mr. Auclair holds a M.Sc. in Geology and Geochemistry from Université de Montréal and is fluent in French and English. Mr. Auclair is a Qualified Person, being a member in good standing of l’Ordre des Géologues du Québec and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada.
