The Ste. Marguerite (Gaspe) property hosts a linear trend of gold bearing vein occurrences, more than 10 km long. The mineral occurrences are largely hosted by a band of mafic to intermediate volcanic rocks in close proximity to the Sainte-Florence fault , within the Gaspe Belt. the first recorded work on the property is from the late 1980's. In 1996, rock sampling by a prospector returned sample results up to 14 gpt Au, and 11.7 gpt Au from sampling of trench TR96-8 (reports GM 54159 and GM 55996) of the Lepage zone gold occurrences. Later drilling by Puma Exploration in 2003 (GM 61855) returned intercepts up to 20.0 gpt Au over 1.45 meters (drill hole 01-12) confirming high gold grades at Ste. Marguerite (Gaspe). Fancamp has held the property since 2015, and has completed minor reconnaissance activities.
