The Boisbuisson project is located in the Humber Zone, in the northern Gaspe Peninsula. The project is underlain by fine grained clastic sediments, dolomite, and minor basaltic volcanic rocks, east of the Mont McGerrigle granite pluton which is responsible for contact metamorphism in the region. Numerous base metal bearing precious metal quartz veins occurences are recorded on the south and central parts of the property. Past work by Ressources Appalaches returned up to 21.5 gpt Au with 1,1895 gpt Ag in trench sampling (report GM 61840) at the Boisbuisson Quest occurence, confirming earlier work by Noranda which returned 10.32 gpt Au and 1,474 gpt Ag (report GM 50619). Fancamp has held the Boisbuisson project since 2015, completing a very limited amount of reconaissance field work since that time.
